Another Difficult Question
Another Difficult Question is Posed
You ask me a question
So like the one from before,
But we’re further down the path
And face an unmarked door.

Our past selves look on
Charting our progress,
And shape our discussion
But remain quietly wordless.

While we wrestle with words
And strive for true wisdom,
Intersecting and interrupting
Time’s noiseless continuum.

And the door may creak open
Or remain bolted and closed,
On goes our discussion,
Another difficult question is posed.
